While the park itself is beautiful and provides a lovely environment, the play area for children appears to be quite old and in need of significant maintenance. The equipment, including the swings and other play structures, is worn out and in some cases damaged, which raises concerns about safety and usability.

My children were quite disappointed during our recent visit, asking why we had come to a playground in such poor condition. As a parent, I feel uncomfortable letting them play there, which is unfortunate given how close the park is to our home and how much we enjoy spending time there otherwise.

I am a long time user of this playground and whilst there is a brilliant range of equipment for all age ranges and some gym machinery, it breaks my heart to see the litter all over the ground and the bins provided largely empty. I know it's a public space but honestly, it is such a shame that some users treat it so badly and leave it I such a horrible state for others. What the answer is, I dont know but it could such lovely place if only more people would care for it, take their stuff home or at least get it near the bins. Other than that, I have enjoyed it...
