Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

Horrible experience at this location. I was collecting a parcel from Greenford high street. As I am pregnant, I suddenly needed to go to the toilet. I went into this location and asked if I could use their toilet. One staff member said that I had to buy something. I explained, I had just jumped out the car to collect a parcel and have left my mum and my belongings in the car. As she could see, I had nothing on me. She said I had to ask her manager. I spoke with the manager, Samilla. As she could see I was holding myself how children do when they desperately need the toilet. I asked if I could sit down as I was going to wet myself. Samilla refused me entry to the toilet and said I had to buy something. I asked if I could use the toilet, go get my purse from the car and return to purchase something; she said no. I pleaded with her, as I could not walk to find another shop, and she finally gave in. I understand rules and policies, but what happened...

I'm so disappoented☹️

All I go to Costa in Greenford I order coffee, the taste is always different, and when I ask why it is different from yesterday who you have settled, she says, No, this is your request, but the same request, why is it different?

After that today I order a toast bread with jam She came when I was payment the manager's , and she said we don't have toast from yesterday ???!!! I do not know what her problem every day I ask for a request that is not available Please look because I see she is with people too She asking Rudely 😔

Why when I go to any Costa there is no problem?? !!!...

The service and food is usually good but on this occasion as I was handed my food at the counter, there was an ant crawling on my plate. I work in food myself so I know this could get them into alot of trouble if I was an environmental health officer so I discreetly pulled the server to one side and showed her what I found, she shrugged her shoulders and said 'Yeah, we have a big problem with ants' I wouldve at least expected her to apologise & maybe even pretend to care. She looked at me like I was a piece of dirt, shrugged her shoulders and turned her back. They need some serious training on how to deal with a situation like this....
