Crescent Cafe — Restaurant in London

Absolutely terrible service. I had an important work call and needed Wi-Fi so asked the lady who was serving. She asked the woman behind the counter, who didn’t look best pleased and mumbled something nasty, giving us a nasty look. We were told I could if we ordered (which is common sense anyway). We sat down and ordered drinks and categorically told the lady who served us that we would order food in a bit. As my call was starting I asked for the WiFi password again and the lady went to ask the one behind the counter, who made really loud nasty comments about us sitting all day using their WiFi on 2 drinks. At this point we got up and left, went next door to the pub (who were super lovely people), ordered lunch, drinks and snacks. I wonder how much business the owner of this cafe loses by hiring rude, nasty people like her! We would have easily spent on lunch and drinks if we stayed! And all that nastiness for a mere WiFi password! There’s no dearth of places to sit and eat in Orpington so this is one we would avoid like...

I went here for an all day breakfast with my partner, I created my own breakfast and we also chose from the set breakfast options. I really enjoyed my breakfast and would visit again. The place was clean and airy, very important in the current covid situation. They also had hand sanitizer outside for you to use before entering and when exiting.
