Still no refund or or vouchers, dishonest in their assurances which is disrespectful to customers.

Do not order from here but search for other good reviews from other places who are better value for money and ethical.

We were disappointed the portions were so small. The curried goat is very tasty but too small and potatoes added. The jerk chicken is too small also. When ordered again after the small and messy portion, we recieved stewed goat and not curried goat, which is not what we ordered. I did not recieve my vouchers of £10. I paid £35.28 for the original order and £15.59 x 2 for the wrong order. So I think that needs to be reflected and reimbursed. We all love the jollof rice, plantain, jerk chicken and curried goat. I just think the portions are too small with regard to meat and when you request curried goat carribean style then you should not recieve goat stew Nigerian style as they are very different. The £15.59 got thrown away in the bin. I was a regular customer with one order of £35.28 and 2 orders of £15.59 that should be reflected in the vouchers you stated you would provide. We did not pay £13 but over £65!

The owner never stuck to her word so beware of who you give your custom and maybe try...

I have ordered here via deliveroo and always enjoyed my food, the other day I was on my way coming from somewhere, I thought I could ring up and order via the phone for collection. A woman answered, i asked her if I could get crocker and tilapia, she proceeded to tell me, so many people been calling and not coming to get there foods, so tell me if you are coming, am thinking errm I don't know what you are talking about I just want to order some food, then she told me the price, I challenged the price I thought it was a bit much, she then told me she was just a worker and that I needed to hurry up she had other things to do, so soo rude! The staff was very disrespectful, slow, and lacked customer service focus. I had ordered food online and went to the store to collect and pay. When I arrived at the restaurant, someone was present. She looked at me, then turned her back and walked away without asking what I wanted or if I was there to pick up an order. I waited for five minutes to see if she would return, but nothing happened. After calling out to her, the lady finally came back, looked at me, and then turned around. Feeling ignored, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.
