Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering from this place before reading the reviews. I place an order with them through the deliveroo a little after 1am i was notified the delivery might take around 60 mins which was fine. After waiting for an hour with no updates I tried to inquire about my order no such luck at about 3:47am the deliveroo app notifies me that the order has been delivered. No delivery was made. I live on a quiet road I would’ve heard if a car or a bicycle pulled up.

So Update the delivery driver arrives at 4:31am with a stinking attitude saying I’m too be blamed because he’s been waiting outside. I told him no you haven’t because I’ve been in the living room all this Time and I have not seen your car that just pulled or heard you knock this man continues with his attitude and storms off whilst I’m talking to him He brings the food and I told I’m not accepting that delivery at 4:31am in the morning you must be joking. Usually my go to place for a pizza, as the pizzas are tasty and delivered extremely quickly, and been ordering 3-4 times a month for a few years. Always have the exact same order through Uber, just ordered my usual on the Uber app and requested for a couple of toppings to be swapped - never been an issue at all in the past. Got the notification on the app that the request could not be fulfilled.

Called the restaurant to speak to a member of team, spoke with a rude boy on the other end. Started to claim that for extra toppings I need to be pay extra. Which is completely understandable as I’m not the one to exploit the system. What really annoyed me is the fact that I requested 2 toppings to be ‘exchanged/swapped’ with 2 toppings which I liked, that’s not exactly asking for extra. The man kept on saying he cannot remove toppings.

I would have easily gone with the choose your own option but on that you’re required to pay more than double the price of the pizza and have the option to choose less toppings. It does not make sense, but that option is there to rip people off.

Absolutely Disappointed – Tasteless Food and Total Waste of Money

I recently visited this shop and ordered a fillet burger (£4) and 3 wings (£1.98) – and I truly regret wasting my money.

The fillet burger came in a cold, tiny bun, with what looked like a cold nugget inside, topped with a few drops of mayonnaise and a piece of smelly lettuce. It was completely tasteless – not even close to what you'd expect from a proper burger.

The 3 wings were even worse. For nearly £2, I received wings that looked like they were from a newborn chick, not full-sized chicken wings. They were cold, chewy, oily, and half-cooked – absolutely disgusting.

I asked the staff member about the food, and he just laughed and said he couldn’t do anything because it’s up to the owner. That kind of attitude just adds insult to injury.

To be honest, this meal wasn’t worth more than £3 total, if even that. I made the mistake of choosing this place, and it will definitely be my last visit ever.
