Had a chance to visit this wonderful place. Food looked really delicious and there were many customers. I am pretty sure their pre-made cooked meals and boneless tikkas/kababs are good as many customers ordered it. So, stick to it for a better experience.
I went there first time and saw pictures of few items from menu on wall above billing counter. One of the items caught my eye. It was lamb Chops with fresh baked Naan (£8). Picture is mouthwatering. Picture depicts Perfect cooked Lamb chops covered/Drizzled with thick Masala/Gravy. Since I didn’t have any red meat for long, I ordered it. Took 10 min or less for the order to be ready.
In a takeaway box what I got was 5 Pieces of lamb Chops kept on naan with Drizzled Garlic and Chili Sauce (I consented to it as I thought they were extra dressing for flavor). When I reached home and opened box, I realized that it missed that thick gravy/masala which was shown in pic. Upon tasting they were regular seasoned lamb chops. Medium done and a bit salty. Meat was a bit hard for my liking. Even though quantity of the food was really appreciative, but taste was missing. It had no tandoori feeling/taste or aroma. I think they were simply hot plate cooked.
In conclusion I would not order this item next time. No negative feedback about the place and I will order again next time but only items which are boneless or from their pre-cooked selection. Owner is very good and humble and prompt with service. Do visit this place for a

Read moreAVOID. I am sure I ordered from a different place that I saw the reviews for on here and Just Eat. We ordered the meal deal with one meat curry and one veg curry. We ordered the chicken curry ( refer to pictures - which is more oil than actual curry ) and the Dal Makhani curry ( supposed to be lentils , kidney beans and butter and cream ). However what came was nothing that remotely resembled kidney beans and it tasted disgusting ( so salty and tasteless I HAD to throw it away - and I DON’T waste food ). Even the rice was salty. Not to mention they forgot the nan bread which was clearly stated on the menu. Complete waste of time and money. Absolute disgrace of a take out. When I tried calling them a few times after receiving the “ food “ , they simply...
Read moreIf you love authentic Pakistani/Indian food then this is the place to go. Eating in is fine if you’re not expecting fine dining. It’s a place to stop, eat and go. The food is fantastic and the main chef Ahmed is so passionate about cooking and getting the taste right. On weekends there are various specials. They also do paya, nihari, haleem etc. Personally I love their grilled meats with a naan. The team is so helpful and friendly and you’re guaranteed good conversation if you want it. A very well run and established business. I’m disabled and they always serve my food to my in a way that makes its easy for me to eat. Good luck...
