I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give 0. For a place that advertises as being a coffee place it should have at least a proper coffee machine. If the only thing you are doing is pressing a button to make a coffee I would rather have the free coffee in my office, at least we have a nespresso. We tried the coffee and after two sips we had to throw it away of how bad it was, it was like you sold us the water of cleaning the machine.
Consider getting a real coffee machine where you grind your coffee beans everytime someone asks for a coffee and you steam the milk (or milk substitute).
This is not a coffee place, this not much more than a shop full of vending machines. The staff is nice, but for the products provided they almost seem pointless.

when I asked for chocolate powder on my latte, Barista sarcastically said ‘its a latte’ of which I replied, yes I know but that’s what I like. Very odd remark! enquiring about whether its a chocolate croissant again met with passive remarks.
