Durumcu Ali Baba — Restaurant in London

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dürümcü Ali Baba and I can confidently say that it was one of the best Turkish restaurants I've ever been to! The food was simply amazing - fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I tried their lamb shish kebab and it was incredibly tender and juicy, served with a side of fluffy rice and deliciously seasoned grilled vegetables. The portions were generous, and the presentation was impressive.

The service was also top-notch - the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to offer recommendations and answer any questions I had. The restaurant itself had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with beautiful decor that added to the overall experience.

Overall, I had an exceptional dining experience at Dürümcü Ali Baba and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious and authentic Turkish cuisine. I will definitely be returning to try more of their dishes...

I was a regular customer at this restaurant, I had found beard hair in my food and told the waiter. I was told that the wrap would be replaced but it was just put into another bread. I had then asked for a some tea and was told by the waitress that the owner had told her that she is not allowed to give us tea. When I had asked why , I was told that because the owner had made our food and it was impossible for there to be hair in the food .which is think is absurd . I had then said I will not be attending this place again and I will make payment for the food , the response I had got is that ‘ this is what the owner wants he does not want to see you guys here again ‘ This has to be one of the most disrespectful and disgusting service I have ever received . Rubbish service. I have order food. They said it will be delivered to me in 45 minutes . When 1 hour past and there isn't any sign of food. I called them. And the staff telling me we busy. It's gone be another 20-30 minutes. I said why didn't you told me when I order it's gone be in 1 and half minutes maybe I would not order or come and pick it up myself. It's not my fault how would I know we would be busy and it happen . What do you want me to do . That is very disrespectful .. I didnt want her to do anything maybe saying i am sorry instead of me telling them of she actually told me of.Never ever I will be going there. Since they open how many times that place change hand.
