Normally order food online and food is always pretty decent however I Had an emergency today with my toddler as she was not feeling well and I didn’t know what was wrong with her all of a sudden she was sweating and saying she needed to go to the toilet and I was driving home but due to the traffic was going to be another 30 mins I frantically stopped at the closest toilet I presumed there may be and asked if they had a toilet she could use and you could clearly tell she was really distressed crying, sweating and clenching her belly an elderly woman sitting in the empty cafe who didn’t speak a word of English, and the elderly man behind the counter who also didn’t speak English were both extremely dismissive to a poor child in need of a toilet, I politely asked if she could use the bathroom and she gave me a dirty look and turned back around eating her food I then asked the man for the second time who then asked me for me or for her and I said clearly her after getting the feeling they didn’t really care about my daughter being so uncomfortable, reluctantly let us use the toilet whilst giving us dirty looks and calling us names in Turkish I know this as I’m also Turkish and understood everything they were saying, after we came out I felt so upset by how my daughter and myself were treated I was going to buy something to show my appreciation but after how we were spoken to there was no way I would spend a penny in there ever again, I spoke to the man after I came out who was a young guy who I formally complained to and he seemed quite used to me saying how evil someone could be towards a toddler in need, I told her she was rude and then she started shouting at me in Turkish yet again calling me names and telling me to get out and the man also started screaming and shouting at me, I’m so appalled at how inhumane a small cafe advertising friendly staff can be towards an innocent child and I’m furious I’ve ever given this establishment any money, they had no customers and I write this in hope no one goes there ever again disgusting service and attitude and if they keep the staff they currently have they won’t ever have...

Food was disgusting. Wrong items turned up. Large milkshake was smaller than a 330ml coke. Mushrooms on stuff it shouldn't be on. Would not recommend. Rude staff when asked about what on earth happened to this order. Better to save your money and order a pizza.
