I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent experience I had at your restaurant. I regret to inform you that I felt subjected to discriminatory treatment by your staff and management.
During my visit, I found it disheartening that other customers who arrived after me received prompt service, despite having ordered the same items as myself. When I sought clarification regarding the delay of my order, I was met with a dismissive response, which included derogatory remarks and suggestions to leave if I was not satisfied.
As a customer, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and fairness, irrespective of race or ethnicity. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to your establishment. Discrimination of any kind goes against the values of inclusivity and equality that should be upheld by businesses in our society.
I kindly request that you address this matter seriously, investigate the incident thoroughly, and take appropriate action to prevent such occurrences in the future. It is my hope that steps will be taken to cultivate an environment that is welcoming and respectful to all customers, regardless of their backgrounds.
I would appreciate a response within a reasonable timeframe, outlining the steps you intend to take to rectify this situation and ensure that it does not happen again.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Read moreMy wife and I had lunch here on a Tuesday. We were able to park right outside quite cheaply. The restaurant was nearly empty but we were made very welcome by the staff. We chose from the main menu. I had a Sigara Boregi starter which was OK though not staggering, but we got a free Cacik (Tzatziki to me), a free flatbread, free mixed dressed salad, free hoummouse (Hummus to me) plus free singed onion in a sharp red sauce (maybe pomegranate and vinegar). INCREDIBLE value especially as they were all fantastic - OK maybe the onions were hard to get through in the quantity provided but I was absolutely impressed. My wife had a vegetable kebab which took 30mins and was enormous. It came out a bit stewey as it was baked in foil over the charcoal more than barbecued. We took what she couldn't eat home and the next day added a few tinned tomatoes and a topping of breadcrumbs cheese pine-nuts and pumpkin seeds, which baked in the oven gave us a top-notch delicious meal with smokey aubergine and peppers. I had the mixed kebab, one lamb. one chicken, one adana and a lamb chop. All fantastic and huge, served with rice and tomato flavoured grains (freekah maybe?). I rose to the occasion and nearly finished. We did not trouble the desserts. With one large sparkling water and a tip it came to less than £40. THankks again to our lovely...
Read moreBeen here for 3 times now and it’s just ok NOT anything special or outstanding about this place.
The food are ok a bit greasy specially there rice and bulgar wheat and more on expensive side for normal small restaurant and the seating area is too small and very smoky inside expect you will come out of the restaurant and smell of smoke so you have to go home and change all your clothes and have a shower after you just have been for a meal in a there restaurant because they grill all food inside so the smoke stays inside the restaurant, there chairs and table very close to each other so not so much privacy and not very clean as some other restaurants I have been.
They only accept cash money for payment so imagine you go there and have no cash with you so all the hustle you will go through to pay them with cash even with big payment like I had to pay them £190 in cash.
The music they play in a restaurant it’s just one Turkish song will go on and on and on with the same song all over and every time you go there it’s same song which is really giving you a headache straight away.
Also their child seats is very uncomfortable and not supportive if you do not hold the child will fall down on the sides of the chairs.
So could be better and I think will be last time and won’t...
