Our favourite place to go. This has everything you could wish for and is a place perfect for everyone! I have a young boy, aged 3, we are regulars at the Eastbrookend Tea rooms and often enjoy a family lunch at reasonable prices and always friendly and welcoming service. Now that the new play equipment has opened we love it even more! The play park is catered for all ages and then after a hard days playing pop into the tearoom for a special childrens lunch box, Ice cream (even ice cream made for dogs too) school cake or drinks (even Fanta lemon on a hot day and fruit shoots for the children) they have it all! The food is always fresh, delicious and hot. Their sandwiches come in thick delicious bread, the bagels are the best and jacket potato’s are massive! They even sell little sweets and sometimes nic-naks too. I got a jubilee hair bow that someone had knitted for a couple of pound whilst in there. There is a little area that sells little dog snacks too. I just love that the owner is so friendly and supports the other business’ around her too. When we were in there the last time (which seems a lot lately) the woman's institute was having a function party and was commenting on how much they loved the place and the food and really appreciated all they did for them! I literally do love it here. The play park is the icing on the cake! I can tell we might be spending our...

I went here with 2 little daughters to have lunch around 12.30pm. The staff struggled with organisation despite there being 4 in count. We ordered jacket potatoes with cheese and beans and another person behind us ordered the same. We were given numbers for our orders. But instead or shouting out numbers the staff shouted out Jacket potatoe as they looked for who it belonged to. I shouted back 'it's ours' but she ignored us and went further down to the customer who was behind us. Then made us wait for almost 40 minutes and no sign of food, not even the other bits that were ordered. Atleast they could gave told us how late it was going to be so we could order something else. Staff apologised but no good will gesture. I expected a beautiful afternoon with my girls and it turned horrible because of mismanagement. All of us were starving by this point so I had to ask refund and get out of there....

Even tho the place itself was lovely and the surround fields and kids area are great- the staff were all tucked away in the kitchen- tables not cleaned down and cups and plates on nearly every un occupied table- one of the women had one of her children working there - calling out table numbers like he worked in a market- when I was there a young girl about 7 years old was assaulted by a disabled man with his career had a phone thrown In her face- none of the women working there came out to see if everything was ok- they all stayed in the back room 3 lady’s in the kitchen and one on the till- why three women would need to be in there talking when the place had customers and cleaning to do done- they were also smoking in sight of children and customers , overall the place is nice clean and good for elders and families to have something to eat and drink- maybe a new manager should...

Experienced a lovely family party at Eastbrookend with Afternoon Tea. It's was a lovely setting with a delicious carefully prepared Afternoon Tea. The service was second to none and the staff really took the time to make sure we were looked after and the coffee and tea was also plentiful. We took our little dog too who was welcomed. She enjoyed the walks around the lake there and there was a fabulous playground for the kids just outside. Parking was easy too. All in all a great afternoon out. Worth the visit from Wales for a lovely Dagenham welcome.

Went to the tea room for lunch on Saturday and it was a great experience. I had never been to the country park before, so didn’t know what to expect. But I got there and had a pot of tea, tea cake and then some lunch. It was great! The food was very high quality and all the staff were very friendly. The tea room got quite busy when I was there and the staff handled it very well! I like that it is dog friendly and nothing seemed too much for the staff, felt like a very homely environment and I will definitely be going back!

We booked very last minute for a party of 16 for my nans birthday and the lovely team couldn’t have been more accommodating. They really did go above and beyond and it was very much appreciated. The food was lovely, great service and the sun was shining! My nan had such a lovely time as did we all. Thank you so much ladies. We really can’t thank you enough. I think my little girl enjoyed her mini afternoon tea too!
