Farmhouse Pizza Enfield — Restaurant in London

I was really disappointed with my visit to farmhouse pizza Enfield branch..we ordered a sandwich , it took long time to arrive .sandwich it’s literally burned. We tell them it’s burning smell is coming they said ok ,will make an another one . After 5 mins different man come and he say to us what happened it’s not burn it’s crispy then he said we are busy that’s why sandwich is burn. We told them , this is not our first time we are regularly here but this sandwich is not as-usual. We told him if you are busy that doesn’t mean you give burn food. Still he is not ready to accept . Highly disappointed! I’m a regular customer. Always ordering the same pizza by just eat app. Never had any problems before. This time I’ve ordered 3 XLrg (15”) pizzas, and can of Diet Coke. Delivery was done by pizza worker itself. And he said to me not to order by app because it’s more expensive, he said that better call them directly and we’ll get it cheaper- which is not true. On the phone earlier that day they said us bit more expensive price for that! They’re just loosing their profit if you order by just eat app. What they delivered was 13” pizzas and bottle of Diet Coke. I’ve spent £39 and never was so disappointed. I am a regular customer and had never had any issues until today. Spoke to a very rude and impatient man who would not wait just a few seconds for me to get the right card details. He said they were too busy to be waiting for card details and hang up on me. My daughter called him back to say that it wasn’t very nice how he behaved towards me and believe it or not he told her to NEVER order from them again to which she replied don’t worry I wasn’t planning to.
