The staff are ok but there are a few that are just rude and should not be working in the hospitality industry especially the black guy I think his name is Damien he actually thinks that he owns the place and can act how ever he feels to I was at the back of the pub and my friend was inside the back gate was locked so stupidly I jumped over the fence and walked in the back door where 3 area managers were sitting and mark the manager of the pub at the time as I walked in I apologised and joked that it was very easy to jump the fence and that could be a security risk to which they all laughed and nothing more was said iv never caused any problems in the place but yet 3 days later Damien approached me and told me I was barred when he wasn’t even there when it happened so I thought that was a bit harsh also the food is up and down depending on how busy they are I enjoyed getting my breakfast from there and charging my phone I was homeless at the time and he knew this but still acted like that which was upsetting apparently he has barred a lot of people recently for what I don’t know but I got the impression he loves to power...

We are coming here regularly. Customer service not very good even slaw and also team members are not happy they are never smiling.... This time we ordered food we had to wait a while and than when we got the food I've seen onion rings missing from my plate. I've asked the lady she said it should come soon. And than she came back for my table and she said I never asked for onion ring and she asked me to pay for it.... Alright it could be a miss understanding in the till, so my boyfriend went to pay for it and the time we got the onion rings we already finished with our food. Than my boyfriend asked if she could bring us some chili sauce. She asked to pay 30p for the chili sauce.... which we were wait 10mins!!!! My onion ring got cold.... this is absurd.... if the person on the till doing mistake they should not charge me extra for it! I didn't like the attitude the lady was given. I am working in customer service so I know customers could be annoying sometimes but I think they should make me happy, make customer smile... Absolutely disgusting service today. First of all when I walked in it smelt like fish and wee it was horrible. Then we ordered food as a group if 12 and personally I got a coke and they got alcohol they was then asked for ID which is understandable. However I was then asked for ID for a coke?? Absolutely not the food was cold and chucked on the table when they brought it . They didn’t speak to us just chucked the food down and walked off. The pizza we ordered came on a wrap , poorly presented and cold. The chips were hard. The tables around us are dirty and have been for over an hour now, it then came to 21:00 and we was all asked for ID as people under 18 have to leave but there are babies running around?? another member of staff then came over with the same attitude demanding ID saying we will get chucked out. We then explained that the other member of staff was rude and to be honest the attitude was the exact same which was not suprising at all.
