🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I’ve been coming to Favourite Chicken in Carshalton for years now, and I have to say—it’s consistently excellent. From the McCain chips to the hot and spicy wings, you can really feel the heat and flavour in every bite. Their chicken and chicken burgers are always fresh and tasty, cooked to order with nothing ever sitting around in the hot display unit. It’s clear they take pride in what they serve.

The fact that it’s the same owner and same management all these years says a lot—same great recipe, same great quality. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority here, and it shows. Well done to the team for keeping the locals happy with great food and friendly service.

The worst service ever the man was so rude I’m actually shocked that they are still going! And I asked for the chicken strips and I he got a bag of frozen breadcrumbs chicken and fried it, and when I asked I didn’t want breadcrumbs I wanted battered chicken he just looked at me and said nothing, if he had said we have no chicken strips but I can make these for you, I would have said no thank you but he condoned me, no where dose it say chicken in breadcrumbs....

Service was absolutely terrible! The man who takes orders in the from is rude in general no customer service whatsoever. First of all I asked him to make the chips fresh as the last time I bought food the chips tasted stale and over cooked.
