Unfortunately the staff keeps ruining our experience in Chiswick branch every time. After today visit I reached to the point to give you my honest review:
What a bunch of miserable and bored of people with lack of customer service! They need some serious staff training because they give customers the feeling how much they hate their jobs!
The hamburgers are like lucky dips honestly. You are very lucky if you receive them in one piece! Most of the time they look like vomit and all the toppings and fillings are fallen out already once we open the foil which means we need to reassemble our burgers. Whoever assembles them, should have more practice and training! For this amount of money what they charge us (family of 4) we would expect higher quality of food and customer service and better hygiene conditions as I don’t think that it’s my duty to clean the table and bin the leftover rubbish and crumbs from the previous customers…
Update:
I got an arrogant and defensive response from customer service team who apparently claimed that they checked every single step of our visit via CCTV and they made the conclusion that nothing went wrong during our visits. Interesting. They must have a magic CCTV! But the truth is, because I couldn’t file any photo evidence of the dirty table, the state of the burger and voice record evidence of the attitude of the staff and I didn’t make any complaint in store at the time of my visit they don’t believe me. Oh, and apparently they only clean the tables if the customers ask to do it as they also blamed me why I didn’t ask anyone to clean it. How ridiculous approach and attitude!
So bear in mind, before you visit Five Guys in Chiswick: don’t forget to record your entire visit (including voice record) in case you would like to give them an honest feedback otherwise they will laugh in your face. Five Guys, you just lost a family of 4 customers!

Read moreCustomer review on the service provided by a fast-food restaurant chain, submitted on March 26th, 2023 at 10:13 p.m. by cashier Kaydan F., catches my attention due to the expressed negative feelings related to the level of respect towards the customer.
The customer expresses disapproval towards the fact that the cashier treated them differently than other customers, depriving them of full respect. Furthermore, the customer noticed that despite placing their order earlier, several other customers received their orders before them. When the customer finally received their order, it was cold, and it lacked fries. The customer also highlights the demeanor of the cashier and the head chef.
The customer suggests that the head office should review the CCTV footage and pay attention to these behaviors. The customer expresses their outrage that such a large chain allows such manners, which, in their opinion, remind them of practices in their country of origin. Nonetheless, the customer decided not to pursue the matter further out of respect for the current month of Ramadan.
The customer's review reveals the negative impact of employee behavior on customer perception and satisfaction level. In this context, it is necessary to focus on staff training to prevent such situations in the future. Additionally, it is essential for management to monitor the quality of service to ensure the highest level of service for...

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with multiple toppings and sauces, cajun fries and a milkshake.
I ordered on 08/11/22 at 3:15pm. This was a very quiet Tuesday with about 3 adults and a child in a buggy dining in (all one family).
I came in after a long day in the office and wanted to treat myself to a meal, which came up to £19.60. I could have easily have gone somewhere else but decided that Five Guys was the choice of the day.
First of all, when I got home and sat down to eat my meal, I had two extremely dry patties, with only lettuce and no sauce. The cajun fries were plain with nothing on top and the milkshake was the only thing they got right.
I do not usually leave negative feedback but feel like this needs to be addressed. This is a case of pure and utter incompetence, why was is it done in such a rush? Why did the employees cooking not pay attention to the order? There was no one else there, so what excuse did they have? They probably, just wanted to dismiss me and get back to their chit chat.
Honestly, I was so angry but so tired and hungry that I had no choice but to eat what was incorrectly provided. I hope Five Guys customer service picks up on this and rectifies this mistake. If not, then it goes to show you people that these co-operations do not care and are just cash hungry machines.
Best,
Stuart R
