Greggs — Restaurant in London

Today I stoped to buy a sandwich on my way to an important meeting to eat on my way. What a surprise when I sad a queu of 4 people I was the fith and the service was super slow. My train was in 12 min that I thought how long can take to serve 4 people. As I saw the time aproching and the queu not moving I asked if the second guy wich was doing things on the back could charge us as the train was arriving. And the guy on the till answer he is busy is he can't is gonna take a while. He literally did not care at all about selling or giving a good customer service as a retail Manager I know customer should be my priosity. I hardly advice to put some selfcheck out tills as you staff clearly can not be at the level requierd to serve 4 customers. (I did not even need a hot drink just scann a sandwich) if you would have a selfchevk out now I will be happy eating my sadwich on my way to my meeting. Ordered from just eat and dreadful!

I ordered hot and cold food and drink, both squeezed into the same bag, so when it arrived the coffee was cold and spilt everywhere, the cold drink was wet (being from the fridge) next to the hot food, making that soggy and cold.

I ordered one roll, gave me another with a ‘sorry we had to swap’ sticker, but normally they call to ask, they didn’t, they swapped it with something I can’t eat.

When I did get it out to look at least, hoping maybe I can eat (which I couldn’t) the cut of the bread was so bad, half the filling was outside of the roll!

How can you do so many things so badly!

I am very appalled the person serving was taking his sweet time . Took time serving everyone when it came to my turn I asked if he can hurry up since my train was in 2 minutes. He proceeded to take his time changing out a bag because the food inside leaked a tiny bit . I told him it’s fine but he carried on to change it and take his time . I missed my train by one minute because of his foolish I asked multiple times I explaining my train is coming . I work night shifts and it’s tiring as it is but because of him I’m now wasting another 30 min for another train!!!!!!!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN ! Also second week cash...
