Selekt Chicken Croydon — Restaurant in London

I’ve ordered food from here on uber eats which sells different types of foods one of them called (Halal china garden) please please avoid ordering from them as myself and husband have had severe food poisoning which is still ongoing. This has gone on for over 4days and I’m very disappointed as I’ve ordered a couple times from them and the food was amazing. When contacting this restaurant the manager said the food was simply too spicy however I’ve ordered this many times without any issue. Went to GP who advised food poisoning!

The restaurant offered me free food to compensate which I flatly refused.

I recently visited this Selekt Chicken and ordered a chicken grill burger. To me surprise, I noticed the staff placing a pre-cooked chicken patty on the grill instead of preparing it fresh. When I requested a freshly cooked patty, the staff member curtly replied that “no one cooks fresh” and even went so far as to call me “stupid.”

This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable and certainly not what one expects from customer service. It’s astonishing how such an approach is tolerated in running a business. Perhaps a review of your staff’s attitude and commitment to quality is...

They have various different amazing options such as fried chicken, spicy wings , different types of burgers but the grilled options have become my favourite. The customer service also stands out with the staff being very polite and going the extra mile to help out their customers with anything they need.
