House of Reeves — Hotel in London

Absolutely SHOCKING!! We went to the store and chose a sofa, now we don’t have much money at all so this was a big decision. Everything was fine with ordering, in store and delivery. However, literally a few months in, the sofa seats have become misshapen so badly we have a throw to cover it. The response of the manufacturers was…..”redress it after every use”. Who does that? The cushion backs are also huge inside much smaller covers which, again, cause it to look awful and not fill the covers correctly. We had a visit from home serve. The report was quite honestly, slanderous towards me. We have cctv all over our home for security and our dog so I was able to provide evidence that he was here for about 15 minutes rather than 40 which he stated on the report. He said I became irate…..all I said was I wish I could have my old sofa back. His response was….”you aren’t the first customer to say that, sofas aren’t made like they used to be”. He asked me to ‘leave him to it’ now I know why. He also redressed the sofa BEFORE he took photos to make me out to be a liar. The report also said I refused to sign which is another lie as he didn’t ask me to sign anything. This is still being fought with quite frankly very slow progress to Which I doubt I’ll get anywhere and get stuck with this rubbish sofa . Reeves has gone massively down hill. My grandparents bought furniture from there so been going a while to say the least!...

I bought a great ottoman bed in house of Reeves the salesman John was great help I received my bed yesterday and this is when things get dissapointing, my delivery slot was between 11 and 1 they arrived around 10:30 - 10:45 I was at work and my mum who was in at the time asked them why they hadn't rung me and they said they didn't have to which is strange considering the previous day I spoke to John and he said they would call me? Then when my mum asked them how long it would take to put the bed together as she had to go out they rudely responded with I don't know stop panicking, so my mum called me I come back from work and they had finished, if they would of said how quick they'd be I wouldn't of had to come home, also I hope you like rubbish as the delivery men leave it all behind for you the clear up for them 🙄 and I also had a scratch on my newly painted room that I had to touch up, so all In all Bed 5 stars, Salesman John Good, Delivery Men, Leave a lot...

I bought a sofa and they were supposed to deliver it today. But the delivery people came and went back with out deliveing it. They said the lift was small , which it wasn't.

They were unhelpful. The guy who sold it to me said he will refund me. I went to the shop and he said he will deduct the delivery chareg which he hasn't mentioned before.

When i said you didn't tell me before, one of his colleague said he heard him and called me a liar. He said to me your are a liar. He treated me like i stole something from him. I have never experienced anything like that from any where. I was so upset , i just wanted to go out from that place.

So i am with out a sofa, they took my money and wasted my time and get called a liar by the staff. If i could give it - stras i would. One off the worst place i have been.
