Greggs — Restaurant in London

If i could i would give 0 stars i went in today asked for cream in both mint hot chocolate and a mint mocha i received only cream in the hot chocolate asked for cream in the mint mocha then asked for the sprinkles in the mocha which should have been included in the first place but no i had to ask like i dont pay for that anytime i visit Greggs at any Tesco store i have to ask for all those little things to be added as the staff doesnt know how to make the coffee or hot chocolate that was it lost a customer my last time visiting any Greggs at any Tesco store how difficult is it to educate your staff on how to make the drinks? And at least apologies one of the staff members said i should have be more specific about what i want do i have to tell them how to make the drinks? If you ask for a mint mocha with cream you would expect it look as described or advertised on the drinks menu no? Educate your staff how to make drinks i dont want to be the one to tell them...

Greggs is my go-to spot for a quick and tasty bite! The food is always fresh, and you can’t beat their vegan sausage rolls and vegatable bakes. The variety of sandwiches, pastries, and sweet treats means there’s always something to enjoy.

What really sets this Greggs apart is the staff—they’re always friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Even during busy times, they keep things moving with a smile. Their great customer service makes every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Always out of stock of products. I've been there at different times throughout the days of the Week. In 10 visits I've only been able to get 2x Steak Bakes and 8x sausage rolls. Always an excuse, either the food wasn't delivered this morning or we have sold out and won't have anymore today at 11am? Miniscule place with customers packed in like sardines. And often ignored by staff, unless you speak up...
