1 star is too much. The review is for a particular staff. At 10.01 I asked a short lady for large latte with cream. And she not only gave me small latte , she also stopped the filling process almost before it suppose to finish… I told her that I asked for large latte, not a small latte in large cup. She ignored me and start serving next customer. All the other staffs are lovely, and greet with smile, but that one girl named L**Y, every time she is way too impossible. I got less than small coffee portion in large cup … what a waste…

I love Greggs, but the one in Crayford is disaster! Always long queues, leading outside of the store, barely 3 people on shift, who don't even try to speed up. Bins always overflowing, dirty tables, rubbish everywhere on the floor and no food to choose from! Theres Gregg's inside London Bridge station and I've never waited more than a couple minutes to be served there! Surely thats a way busier place, yet they manage just fine. Staff are friendly, but simply not enough of them.

This morning I had a truly humiliating experience at Greggs. As I entered the store with my scooter (which I always bring when I come here for breakfast), one of the staff members started shouting at me loudly in front of everyone, saying I couldn’t come in. She didn’t even wait until I was properly inside or give me the chance to explain – she just kept repeating “I don’t care” over and over, in a very aggressive and unprofessional way.

I was shocked and embarrassed. There are polite and respectful ways to deal with customers, but this behavior was completely unacceptable. Greggs is supposed to be a welcoming place, and no customer should ever be treated with such disrespect and hostility. I hope management takes this matter seriously and trains their staff to treat people with...

Visited for the 1st and last time yesterday.

I popped in to buy breakfast and use the toilet and have never felt so disgusted. The toilets were the worse I have ever been to. It was probably only a little after 9am and the floor was scummy with dirt, sink black and the toilet smeared with feaces... argh the smell - if I hadn't been so desperate I wouldn't have gone. I felt I needed to wash my hands after I washed them. Thank god for sanitiser in my car.

The chicken bake & cappo I bought before visiting the toilet and was highly disappointed when I got back to my car to find it stone cold and the cappuccino weak - neither were paletable and went in the bin.

Seriously needs an inspection to ensure this was just a one off, because it's certainly put me off...

Went into Greggs in Tower retail park at lunchtime. Great location and attractive looking restaurant, unfortunately they had no staff, the whole seating area was filthy, food all over the tables and floor, dirty high chair in the middle of it all,. I used the bathroom which was also very dirty! The poor girl behind the counter was asking for help , we cleared the cleanest table we could find ourselves and even when there wasn’t anyone waiting to be served nobody came out to clean the floor and tables. Very unhigeneic , put me off using it again . Such a shame as Greggs is very popular but the bad service will...
