Greggs — Restaurant in London

If you would asked me even one star I would never give them some person working down at greegs are horrible my husband went to buy capuchino and asked for chocolate on top he went outside to stir his coffee he check there is no chocolate on top he go back inside to asked them again he heard taking about him and laughing and he asked can I have chocolate on top and the lady said look inside my husband said their is nothing here and the lady said again it's inside shouting rudely and then the starTed laughing at him. they taking a mock of the customer we regularly go every morning to get some coffee but when this happens we never go back their we will spread the words for what they done to us what a horrible person working in counter if she doesn't like the job and if she hated servings the paying customers she should never work the not just one person 3 of them horrible ...

Today I experienced hatred towards me there.

What happened was that I asked for 2 chicken bakes. The lady started the process of payment first and I asked her - are you sure you have 2, since last time they charged me first than told me "oh sorry, we do not have this".

The only reason I wanned her to check was because I didnt want to make 2 journeys for food!...

When I was right next to the exit they called me CRAZY?

For the fact that they do not know what they have available and always hurry to charge people first, than tell them "we do not have that"?

Basic...

Every time I go into Greggs for something to eat they never have ready what I want. My wife likes the bacon and cheese wraps for her 11am munch but they are never ready or if they are there is only 1 or 2 available which looks disgusting and hard. I usually have sausage rolls which I must say are delicious but sometimes they are not ready either as they are concentrating on the early breakfast menu. They need to sort themselves out at Market Parade or shut it down or I will have to find elsewhere to buy my...
