KFC Hanworth - Hampton Road — Restaurant in London

The customer service in this branch is absolutely disgusting. The food has gotten worse and worse and food portions smaller. Don't bother asking questions because you won't get the right answers or a respectable response. Too busy packing up and rushing to take orders to actually pay attention. Asked the 'Manager' if they had bottle drinks as I am on a Motorbike, 'No', asked if they had bottled water, yes, so you do have bottled drinks? Do you have Tropicana? 'Yes' seriously!? Wake the F up. Then teetered off to his computer. Asked for gravy, got beans, asked for mayo got salsa sauce. Asked for my receipt, got someone else's. Not taking card payments and please do not even tell me that all that chicken they took off the pass and put back in the oven when closing up goes back out tomorrow?...

Incomplete order and unable to contact store to rectify their mistake SHOCKING SERVICE --- 2 weeks later I Decided to give this place another chance to get it right and low and behold same abysmal service I item missing from order and the smallest portion of chips ever for what they call a meal still cannot contact the store to rectify their mistake is there any management in this place that's has any idea of customer service I have yet again paid for items not delivered , perhaps a call to the KFC head office may work as obviously this branch couldn't give a damm about their customers AVOID THIS ABSOLUTELY USELESS BRANCH they dont even answer the phone never have this problem anywhere else...

I just placed an order for collection at your store, and I was extremely disappointed with what I received.

First, the packaging was completely unacceptable – everything was wrapped in paper with no proper boxing. It looked rushed and careless.

Second, none of the three meals I ordered included any condiments – no ketchup, no mayo, nothing. This is basic and expected with every meal.

Most concerning was the quality of the fries. They were cold, stale, and clearly not fresh – they tasted like they were from the previous day. We couldn’t even eat them.

This was not the standard I expect from KFC. I feel really let down and would appreciate if this issue is addressed and someone gets back to...
