This was my second visit here, the first time it was more successful. Last Sunday evening I was craving Sarmale, and it's a time consuming dish to make, so I decided to come here to have some. The place is clean, the service is friendly, but the food was really bad. Very bland, it tasted like there was zero seasoning added, the filling (meat and rice) was very dry, I suspect they used beef instead of pork. In spite of my desperate efforts to give it some flavour by adding vinegar, salt, pepper, sour cream, it was very bland and tasteless. On my first time I had a mixed grill plate, which was decent and very reasonable priced, therefore I'll score it a 3 stars, which is a fair score between the two experiences. Im a regular at this cafe and today i went in to get my usual and my plate was filthy dirty both sides i took it to the waiter and said its dirty and he turnt round and said its not then another staff gave me a thumbs up and said we will change it. They didnt even re cook my food they just brang me another plate and switched my food over. Then i noticed the new plate was even worst when i then told them again one old guy told me to get out and go to a posh cafe and gave me a refund only for 1 breakfast as me and my partner went for breakfast. I was so angery they have no respect and shouldn't be allowed to trade. I walked out and threw the plates of food all over the floor they take the liberty. Calling hygiene...

On the windows is a forgein menu and when I personally asked why not in English the owner replied we do not pay his bills. Well actually Bob yes we did when you opened up in burntoak, it was only the local english people black and white that put into your business. You are a rascist ! Discriminating person against english people.I hope everyone local sees this and goes somewhere else to eat. I am also going to contact the local papers...
