I have booked Ian's Pan Dance for a corporate event with 40+ guests, and it was a huge success! Jordie put so much love and care into every dish. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone loved it.

I ordered the ham croquettes and they were out of this world. Crunchy, oozy and oh, so savoury, they arrived still really warm and didn't hang around long.
