This place is awful. Overly priced, low quality rubbish and the staff are rude and closed minded.

I was missold a product that I clearly asked for and when I went back for what I wanted they chucked the other thing in the bin. Move on if you don't care about waste because you won't care about the rest of this review.

But they binned the product in front of me and when I said it's wasteful and I'd still eat it the lady serving told me I could be a con artist and basically implied that I go in on a daily basis and order a baked good so that months down the line I can go to my allotment for a days gardening and open my lunch, take a bite to find it's not what I want, like or asked for, run back as I was so hungry and keen to start work and then scam them out of that cold thing that I don't like that has been in the bin.... insanity/stupidity.

Talk about customer service!

You sell someone the wrong thing so they have to change plans and go out of their way to get what they paid for then you call them a scam artist and throw away the calories they could do with getting back because it's more important to stop hungry people stealing pasties than it is to not be wasteful in a world full of starving people.

Way to be ignorant.

Also, I am autistic so you can disregard my opinion like the lady on the till ignored me when I told her three times I'm autistic and she kept having a go at me for my tone of voice and body langage...

You ignorant, small minded person.

Or, boycot this place and get from Greggs is the same stuff half price or go out of your way to Crumbs in Erith....

To be honest, iv been living in the arear for the past 3 years. Iv been driving past the local shops every day more or less 7 days of the week.

Iv never pulled up there, as i had no reason to apart from mace for the ect ect.... it was my first time just last week with my boss, hes the one that kept talking about this place. Its was just past 8.30am. You can always smell that theres a bakery around the corner, that just makes it even more beautiful, i just live 2 raods away il be making more possibly trips each time i pass now.

Note: there Patties 100% random cake i had 100% presentation 100% service could be better i dont know just an awkward feeling, but you can't let thar ruine an...

So.. let’s start: the hygiene - no gloves used to handle food, not even when the lady who was brushing the floor 2 minutes before serving, grabs your loaf of bread with bare hands. Or worst, when they collect money and then handle food. Shocking. Customer service: not great to be fair. I find the staff rather uninterested and sometimes rude. Food: okay. Bread is good, the rest is average. As much as we want to support local businesses, we sadly end up going to the big supermarket chains to get our bread and pastries most of the time.
