My first time trying Jamaican food, and Chris went above and beyond. I explained that I had just finished a 48-hour fast and needed something high in protein, warm, and nourishing. Instead of just serving me a standard portion, he created a generous, beautifully cooked meal packed with prawns, fish, and fresh vegetables (even ladyfinger!).

It wasn’t just food — it was an act of kindness. For £15, I received a dish that could easily feed two people, and it was made with genuine care. I devoured every last bite, and the before/after photos speak for themselves.

You rarely find this level of generosity and pride in service. Thank you, Chris, for making my first Jamaican food experience so memorable. I’ll be back, and I highly recommend Jamaican Vibes to anyone looking for authentic food...

Went for lunch today, I arrived so hungry and the owner recommended the two of us to have the platter - he gave us 4 different meats (jerk chicken, curried chicken, curried goat, oxtail) on a bed of rice and peas, with plantain and coleslaw as well. Very good value for money.

Portion size: generous, I could only just finish and afterwards was so full and satisfied. Texture: excellent, jerk chicken had crispy skin and juicy meat, oxtail and goat so tender they melted off the bone Flavour: jerk sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, curried goat incredible as well as the oxtail and stewed chicken

Recommend anyone to come here and have your hunger...

Came here with my dad as we hadn’t had Jamaican food in a while and was immediately happy with the service. Staff are lovely and you feel taken care of right away. I got the curry goat which came with a portion of plantain which I was very happy about! Tasted just like my nans cooking and makes you feel right at home. It was delicious. My dad ordered the jerk chicken burger and fries which were also very nice. The fries were insanely good, I don’t know how you make fries better than other fries, but these definitely were the best ones i’ve ever tasted somehow! Definitely...
