Haven't been in this pub for around a few decades. When it was a little on the rough side! I rang up Sunday morning after a friend told me the pub showed GAA and various other sports. Asking a guy now known as Tom if he was showing the London Irish RFC game. He said he would. Arrived at the pub. At the bar unknown to me. Tom seen my LI shirt. And straight away to my embarrassment asked several patrons would they would relocate! What a great guy. To top it all a great treasure in Croydon. Great food. Helpful staff. Definitely my local. Thank you. Only serious issue was LI lost. Great pub....

The landlady Nicole is always welcoming and takes the time to come over to tables to say hello We also had the roast which was exceptional, big portions and quality ingredients and we all left with full tummies.
