K's lounge — Restaurant in London

Visited for the 2nd time at the end of February and had a lovely evening but sadly the food was not up to par. We ordered a plate of mixed bhajia and chicken lollipop. Unfortunately, the chicken was off, so we had to send it back. We decided not to order anything else as we weren't looking for red meat and didn't want to rick ordering chicken again. The mixed bhajia was good. The service was good, prompt and very friendly. When we got our bill, it was incorrect, we had been charged for the chicken dish we'd returned but not for our drinks, so I asked them to change it. Not a big issue as mistakes cam happen but if I hadn't been honest, they would have made a loss on my bill. Who knows how many others this happened with that evening? But I understand they're under new management, so teething problems are to be expected. I've rated the food as 4 stars as it was actually all delicious on our previous visit. The atmosphere was very good, the live music was fantastic and we had a lovely evening as we did on our previous visit on Christmas Eve. All staff members were pleasant and friendly, which is a huge plus. There's a seating area outside the restaurant which would be pleasant in the summer months. Everything is on the ground level, so there's good access for wheelchair users. I would also add that the drinks are very reasonably priced...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at K's Lounge. The food was absolutely amazing-flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every dish was a treat, and I found myself savoring every bite. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our experience was nothing short of perfect. The owner was also present, and their warmth and passion for the restaurant really shone through. K's Lounge offers not only incredible food but also a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere. Really disappointed with food at this place. Customer service is not up to the standard and food was too salty not only that zeera butter chicken we orderd was smelling horrible. Chiken was gone bad we had to spit out our first bites. Lamb chops we orderd were burnt. No apology from any members of staff at all. Even staff do not know the difference between few menu items.
