We used to love their falafel in pitta with spicy chips. Been going there for years. Their nashtas were good too.
However when I got falafal yesterday it tasted cold, the sauces were oversweet and there was hardly any falafal in the pitta.
Neither my son nor me enjoyed it so I called them later to inform them. They would not accept they could have got their recipe wrong.
I also went in today with the uneaten falafal to show them but they refused to budge.
I had been going to them for 15 odd years and despite not always being happy with their food I had never made a fuss. In between they had substituted their sauce so it tasted 'meaty' which we had mentioned but they had since reverted to their standard sauce.

They were charged a lot more than verbally agreed plus shortage of food too compared to number of people.
