Pilli Pilli — Restaurant in London

We used to love their falafel in pitta with spicy chips. Been going there for years. Their nashtas were good too.

However when I got falafal yesterday it tasted cold, the sauces were oversweet and there was hardly any falafal in the pitta.

Neither my son nor me enjoyed it so I called them later to inform them. They would not accept they could have got their recipe wrong.

I also went in today with the uneaten falafal to show them but they refused to budge.

I had been going to them for 15 odd years and despite not always being happy with their food I had never made a fuss. In between they had substituted their sauce so it tasted 'meaty' which we had mentioned but they had since reverted to their standard sauce.

We had ordered food for a function and verbally agreed a price. On the day of payments we sent the children to pay. They were charged a lot more than verbally agreed plus shortage of food too compared to number of people. When we confronted them they were not ready to reason or talk about it. 4 of us had gone to confirm the order and we all stood our ground however as the money was already paid they just shooed us away. Pilli Pilli is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. They offer a variety of farari and pure vegetarian food. It is super delicious and tasty. One specific lady which serves behind the counter named Vijyaben, serves the food very politely, professionally and efficiently. I would highly recommend visiting Pilli Pilli. My daughter loves the crispy bhajiyas and chilli paneer from there. My husband enjoys eating their dabelis, I enjoy eating their Kenya bhel and my son loves their tasty, delicious, mouth-watering...
