Kaspa's Sidcup (Inside Blackheath Coffee Co.) — Restaurant in London

Awful team. So inhospitable and crazy ethics. I explained I am allergic to white chocolate so to replace the white chocolate with just milk chocolate and the lady on the till with dark brown curly hair asked me “are you okay that there may be cross contamination of white chocolate with other desserts we make” I was so confused with why that was a question like are you ok clean your workspace in between what you make so that there’s no cross contamination! She was like “ yeah we do but it’s just in case” as if I wasn’t the only customer there, just crazy. Then I waited with my receipt as she said she’ll bring up the order when it’s ready. After my Oreo waffle was ready they called me by the name “TAKE OUT” not even my receipt number or having the respect to come to me, but shouting take out. Absolutely unprofessional. On top of that she was so inhospitable and cut her eyes at me when I looked in the bag that had no cutlery or tissue. Like how can you not package tissue and cutlery in a take away every fast food does this. My main disappointment was with the FOOD ITSELD WHICH WAS THE WORST WAFFLE IVE EVER TASTED. Like how can you get a OREO WAFFLE WRONG. There was like 5% Oreo topping and 95% milk chocolate syrup and flakes. The main character and flavour should be Oreo not milk chocolate I am so so disappointed. Or maybe this is just what this economy is coming to that business are scarce to use their resources to save money, cause clearly with the amount of Oreo on my waffle u would’ve thought it was half a Oreo left. The food is good, but service is terrible. It's very entertaining watching the shocking service from staff while waiting for a take away though. Four of them having a chat for most of the time we were waiting. It took three staff to make a milk shake, one to put in the ingredients, one to mix it, one to put the chocolate in. Not sure what the other staff were doing but we counted 10 staff and they told one customer they would have to wait 45 minutes for a milkshake, the restaurant wasn't even full, a total of 7 orders on the screen. Three milkshakes handed out to the staff working in the kitchen at the back before we got ours, yet one of the staff had been eating a waffle when we arrived! They made the place smaller which is no issue of course but they made all the doors open which made the this small place very cold especially while you are eating an ice cream.the waiter for some reason tried to make us sit in the worst table possible which is the end of the corridor,seeing a closed door.when i asked to sit one of the empty tables(all the tables were empty there was just one table with customer) he insisted we sit on that end of the corridor table.then i asked to sit on another table, finally he agreed.we ate our ice cream but my kid was saying he was very cold.we ended up not finishing our ice cream and left.this is a ridiculous service,I dont understand why they keep the doors wide open and dont let people pick their own table on an...
