KFC — Restaurant in London

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Lets start with the cashier at the front of the till, she was very quiet and talked to me in a snivelling manner, saying do you want anything as well in a very harsh tone, as she was serving another customer. Last time I checked, you serve one customer finish their order then you move on to another customer. Secondly the KFC closes at 10.30, we were there at 10.00 therefore surely they should still be serving food for the next half an hour?. I asked them for a zinger burger, which they replied no more zinger burgers. I then asked for the fillet burger to which she said yes no problem, then the manager shouted from the back No More Burgers. I then proceeded to ask for a twister meal to which he then shouted from the back NO ONLY CHICKEN, at this point I was extremely annoyed, and didn't order anything. My friend got hot wings, chips and popcorn chicken, only to discover as we got in the car they were horribly cold. Even at Mcdonalds they keep the chips warm. I have never been more disgusted at 1) the service and 2) the quality of the disgusting food. If the restaurant closes ago 10.30 they should keep serving at 10...

Awful KFC... poor service and some menu options still unavailable.

Ordered a 4pc dip meal, when we got the the drink part I was offered a choice of Pepsi etc, Tropicana Rubens and water. I asked for Pepsi, and the lady told me that they had none, while stood in front of a fridge full of the stuff.

Not wanting the argument I asked for Tropicana instead and was met with a surcharge. I asked If there was any drink included with my meal that did not have a surcharge, "only water to be honest" I was told.

After waiting a considerably longer time than we have all come to expect of fast-food restaurants, i found my dips meal had apparently not included any dips either.

I returned the counter and again waited a few minutes as the staff avoided eye contact. Eventually i explained to the manager that my meal had come without dips. Visibly sceptical, we shared an awkward while she scrutinised the receipt. Then taking the receipt away I was seemingly grudging offered the dips I had paid for.

Fast food or not, restaurants should make their customers feel welcomed and not take their business for granted with a lack of attention...

The food is fine and what you would expect from KFC. They do not have every KFC item such as mash and krushems but do have all the popular items.

Though the one star review is because the wait times can be horrendous.

I had a bus due in 15 minutes so I thought I would grab something from KFC as there was only one person inside waiting, but I had to wait 8 minutes before being served and then it took another 8 minutes for my food to come, so a total of 16 minutes! meaning I missed my bus and had to wait another 19 minutes for the next one resulting in my food getting cold.

Their policy of only serving one customer at a time when they can easily serve a second and also have enough workers to jump on the other till can be very frustrating to watch.

In my opinion they should just refurbish this KFC and just make it a takeaway with window seating, making the till space and kitchen longer, which would result in the menu being bigger and food being...
