Pizza Hut Yiewsley — Restaurant in London

I wish I read the reviews before proceeding with this mess.

I got home from work and was hungry and needed something to eat. I went on Deliveroo and ordered what’s supposed to be a beef sizzler pizza (large) from Pizza Hut Yiewsley.

It turned out to be the most terrible , nastiest and disgusting pizza I have ever had. How can one do this and even send it to a customer? Was it fried ? Was the pastry soaked in oil? The toppings and cheese fell off the pizza as soon as I picked up a slice , leaving me with empty bread. Was this pizza made in a deep fryer? Or was it coated with oil. I don’t just get it. I was so hungry and it was almost 11pm, I tried to eat it , but goodness! This is beyond disgusting, I’m actually shocked at what I have witnessed tonight.

Because I was starving, I had to eat the toppings and throw the pizza slices away , I also ended up sleeping hungry. £24.54 gone to a total waste. ...

We ordered two large vegetarian pizzas. Both came with very little toppings. I called up the store to request if they could send another pizza with more toppings or if they could offer something for next time when we order. I spoke to the manager Mohammed. He initially apologised but then also argued that there are enough toppings on the pizza. I asked if there was anything he could do to reimburse me to which he quickly became rude and told me that he will do nothing about it. All I wanted was more toppings, he could have offered something for customer satisfaction. I literally had some slices which only had cheese on them and one pepper. I had paid for the pizzas and felt robbed. He was unhelpful and clearly didn’t care about customer service or about the business. We have been loyal customers and have ordered from here many times before. However after this experience we will not be ordering...

Twice I have ordered from here and received appalling food/service. The first time the pizzas were really undercooked and soggy and our ice cream was missing from the delivery, the person on the phone asked if I wanted it sent (as if I would say no to something i had paid for) he then said he would send it and when I said thank you, he said "Safe" as if we were friends on the street (very unprofessional). The second time I asked to make sure nothing was undercooked as my partner is pregnant and I was assured they would be well done, however they turned up just as soggy as before. I will definitely never be using this branch again and I wish I could give less stars as j have spent almost £100 on food that couldn't be eaten by myself, my partner and my...
