Maggie's Fish and Chips Greenford — Restaurant in London

This is a place I returned to after quite a few years. I had a meeting in town a couple of weeks ago and I was hungry and tired. I popped into this place where I was served an absolutely lovely, rather large doner kebab in pitta. And I had a ordered a small one. It was really delicious. I also ordered a small take-away of chips. It was humongous in size once again and was really delicious. They lasted a few days in fact. The service was wonderful however a little on the slow side. I had to wait 20 minutes almost. Since people need to catch trains and what not from the station just across the road, one could do with slightly faster service. Read good reviews via our community Facebook page. I decided to give this a go and there was a good lunchtime offer on: cod, chips and curry sauce for a £10. I ordered via Uber Eats and my acknowledgment was accepted and delivery was quick and spot on. Chips were overdone. The cod itself was tender and very flaky but the batter was crispy and had a crunch to it. The curry sauce was the best I've had in long time and was piping hot as was the cod. I got ignored twice in your shop today. I was waiting to be served and a man comes in and the younger guy serves him and ignores me. So I wait to he served by someone else another man comes in and the older man is just about to serve him, so I ask am I invisible. I pointed out what the younger guy did,no apology, just shrugged shoulders. I kept my money and walked out. I will spend it elsewhere.
