Nice people to engage with. Definitely instilled a sense of comfort when onboarding us and agreeing prices but delivery was really lacking. For the money they charge you expect a certain level of attention and when producing quotes we were under the impression that they would create unique designs for us and be all over it on the day to give us peace of mind.

BUT when it came to delivery on the day the execution was lacking; designs were recycled that I've seen at other weddings and every one of our table designs had candles which weren't lit because of the foliage on the centerpiece itself creating a fire hazard - for the money you spend someone should have thought about this. Candles on the sweet heart table were not lit or even upright despite there being no fire hazard and I got someone to light them half way into the night myself - Dream Occasions just set up and leave moving on to the next wedding.

Biggest let down in my opinion was that the individual we spent all our time with planning the event didn't turn up on the day to check everything even though he said he would when making the sale.

In all honesty they're a popular company that talk well and only deliver if you're spending big bucks - if its a relatively small customer i.e. under £20k i.m.o they don't care about doing a bad job. Despite raising the concerns to my designated contact on the day no-one ever got back to me for feedback or about the day. Real let down and wouldn't recommend p.s. they can show you all the pictures of swanky weddings on their computers but you won't hear about experiences like this. I.m.o you'll get more attention on the day (which is the main thing) from the smaller companies...

Dream Occasions were a pleasure to work with. From the get go Zibbi and Henna were so professional and helped us every step of the way. They really got to know us, our tastes and expectations and came up with décor options that showed off what we liked and our personalities. They were available whenever we contacted them as always willing to help and really going above and beyond for us. At the final meeting I was a nervous wrek with the stress build up of the wedding, Zibbi instantly made me feel better by giving me a massive hug and going through everything with me, resassuring me on the whole wedding. They were both so supportive & kind!

On the day Henna made us feel at ease, I trusted her to make our vision a reality and her and the team did. In fact, it was better than we ever imagined. The decor was consistent throughout the whole day, just how we wanted it. The colour theme was perfect, the flowers were incredible and the set up both for the civil & evening reception were absolutely breath-taking. Our guests were stunned by the décor and it looked beautiful. Many guests have asked for their details. Everything was done on time on the day and it was fabulous. Dream Occasions was the only decorator we contacted when we started planning our wedding. They have been used by our family and friends for over a decade for weddings and so we knew we were always going to be delivered high quality outputs for our most special day. From the time of contacting Henna to arrange our first meeting to discussing our requirements to the support on the day, Henna listened and leveraged her creative abilities to realise the vision we had. When we (bride and groom) walked into the room in the morning independently of one another, we both just said “yes!!!!!!” our of joy and happiness. In fact, because we have Henna the creative freedom to achieve the best output, we were amazed to see the little touches and tweaks she added to suit the occasion on the day; it was just perfect! We had a jam packed day (nikkah, civil and reception) and Henna’s and the team’s diligence meant that we didn’t even see them moving between the functions; it was seamless and instant!
