food is great but the customer service is awful ... like someone else said the guy with the glasses doesn't know what the hell he's doing, now there's even more staff that are clueless to how to handle 4 wings meal with a little peri peri salt on it ... the glasses guy prefers to let you go home and discover the bs they've put obviously not what you've ordered and yeah ... i just made an order over the phone, I call 20 minutes later cause I know what's up and the guy is telling me that they are really busy and the food will come in 1hr 20min. from the second time i called him, trying to convince me that justeat and hungryhouse have a standard delivery time of 1hr 20minutes ... WHERE ? he's even talking to be about ubereats where them guys deliver food in 20-30min. 40 max if it's "outta the bits" ... funny customer service ... there was only one guy that was doing things right and I don't see him anymore ... maybe he got fed up of them ... really like the food but I really can't stand them and won't be going to the one and only good tasting chicken in...

Food tastes nice overall but the poor customer service is absolutely dreadful. Employees prepare and serve food without wearing any PPE at all and then touch the food during packaging, this is really worrying. Thinking of reporting this to Newham council as it surely can't be right during a pandemic especially as a lot of precautionary measures are being taken in other fast food outlets. No sauce is offered with the food but if you ask, the person serving almost acts surprised and then tubs of sauces are thrown at you. I know its a fast food place but there should at least be some minimum standards. Will only go back if really desperate and that's being kind! Says a lot about an owner if they allow these kind of practices to go on in...

Honestly I would never order food from this place over again we ordered our food at 12 it arrived at 2 when we called them to ask where their food they said there was a problem with the driver so they had to change drivers when the food came there was missing food they didn't even give everything that we ordered when we tried to call back they didn't pick up the food was absolutely disgusting the chicken was so dry that you couldn't even swallow it we ordered cheese bites it was undercooked it was a complete waste of money if I could show you a picture I would reach up the whole thing in the bin.
