Built near a busy roundabout and next to a petrol station. Vehicles exiting the station cut across the almost hidden MacDonald's entrance, which is a near 45°, resulting in near collisions. The parking is totally inadequate. Drive through is wide enough but exiting means you can only go in one direction due to pedestrian crossing backing up cars. Only a gap and a kindly (not often) driver allows you to exit on a right hand turn. Inside is average size, but has large areas where seating could be placed. I have been here in a busy time and not enough seating. The queuing system is a joke! It is a service with no ticket numbers and no specific 'order & pickup' areas. I didn't know who had been served or who was waiting to be served. Staff shout out who's next which results in que jumping as no one really knows who's next! I got a latte to find the one serving me had put it under the machine and disappeared to serve someone else, resulting in my coffee feeling a 'little cool'! One of the mens urinals out of 3 was not working, and the soap dispenser was broken.
The good points were it was clean enough, its 24 hours, never saw any parking limits, and most of the staff were polite and friendly. Has large family horse shoe shaped tables and seating inside Also got good seating...
   Read moreUsed this for a drive thru after a Wembley trip. Could hardly hear the operative at the ordering point and they got the order wrong. We corrected it before proceeding to the next window.
At the first window, we paid, no issues. At the second window, we collected our drinks and we're asked to proceed to a third window, fine. We then sat at the third window for about 10 minutes plus. Other customers got parked up and their food was brought to them. Others we're being given their drinks and food at the second window.
After a while I tried calling out to whoever was at the 3rd window, no response, it appeared empty. Eventually I beeped my horn. Someone appeared asking what my problem was. I said that I thought we'd been forgotten. He insisted we hadn't and that our did was cooking. No apologies about the delay. About a minute later, he reappeared asking what our order was. I repeated it, he said he would go and get it put together. Still no apologies.
He returned a couple of minutes later with our complete order. There may have been an apology at this point, can't say I noticed it though, he was trying to force the bags through my window as it wound down.
Clearly we had been forgotten. I would do my best not to return to this branch ever again. Very unhappy family experience after...
