Update June 2022 This Mcdonalds has gone downhill in terms of front of house service. I must stress that the other people that work there such as the cleaners etc. are very friendly and efficient and well trained.
However my issues is to the The McDonald apps because as per usual does not process an AMEX payment (only at this store) and I always need to go to counter at this store (does not happen elsewhere). I was then waiting at the front of queue and being ignored by the employee for a few minutes. I then asked if anyone else was serving and the young employee said she was sorting out her break on the terminal and it was the only one working. I then asked to speak to someone else such as a manager and she refused to do it and continued to ignore me whilst she kept doing what she was doing. After over 5 minutes of waiting I had enough and told her this was unacceptable and she begrudgingly dealt with the order and would not acknowledge I had been kept waiting for over 5 minutes. The young and obviously inexperienced individual blamed the issue on my card but I knew had nothing to do with it and worked fine at the contactless machine. Totally unacceptable behaviour from the employee and no one else really in charge/senior to deal with the problem. Very poor customer service skills and lack of staff dealing with customers in store. Extremely unhappy and will now avoid this...
Read moreMcDonald's use to be the place to meet before heading out and about, until today where myself and friends went to pick up some food before we had to head back to our lesson. After purchasing our order and drove up to the next window we had a one of the McDonald's crew trainers give us half our meal. We had asked for three STUDENT Ice creams and was only given one of the three even with our student ID cards. The crew trainer became exactly aggressive towards us telling us that we was not allowed the ice creams. After challenging this we asked for the manager she refused this request and so we refused to move the car until we was given our order. After waiting the manager came out and asked us what the problem was we explained to the manager and she was very understanding and told the crew trainer to make us the ice creams. After this experience i will not be attending this McDonald's due to the attitude and unprofessional staff member I am extremely concerned how McDonald's can employ someone who trains their new staff with an attitude...
Read moreDisgusting service ,disgusting food placed order waited at least 25 minutes, when we sat to eat dirty table, opened the order which was completely wrong, wanted filet fish meal and grilled chicken wrap and salad box got burger meal and apple pie! Took it back to desk where I had to ask twice for someone to change meal. Gave me order Sat back down, wrap was cold time on it was 12.57 by now it was 1.35! Went back to desk after a rude girl snached it and threw in bin I was handed another. Sat back down opened it to find it was a crispy chicken rather than grilled, at least it was hot!! Meanwhile my son had started his filet, when I sat he said then bun tasted tasted funny it smelt if hand sanitiser? Totally fed up by now waste of time complaining the staff didn't care. Put food in a very full bin a girl was just about to empty it as it was overflowing so I stood for her to do so but she just held lid open and signalled for me to ram it in there... Bromley shopping centre...
