McDonald's — Restaurant in London

McDonald’s is always great for a quick bite and it’s a meal problem solver for kids with sudden hunger. Great value for money and here in Crayford - good space available for lunch during weekdays. Open and welcoming for all.

We had an awesome dark skinned lady for table service and she kindly chatted and asked following up services. I noticed that she does this for all tables, very friendly and attentive. Does her job with a generous smile. Welcoming, loving and brings service to another level. It’s great just to see her doing her job as well, very cheerful and kind, gives my hard day a good uplift. I’d happily remember her name because she’s a good influence.

However my meal was stressed and interrupted by another worker - Hana, who twice came to ask for good reviews about her (showed her name tag) and about that I have to do it in store(?!) look! I’m happy to review, I know this isn’t an easy job for many and it’s okay when reviews don’t take much time. I’m always reviewing, good or bad, I always prefer to give positive reviews. My phone was on charge and I’m surprised she came and asked again if I’ve done it. She simply did her job and no extra so “No” I’m not going to step the extra and Hana, you don’t deserve a good review just because you’re doing your job, and just because I’m kind and said I would give you a good review does not mean you can come and pressure me for my time with family.

Dear Manager: Please remind her not to distress and pressure others about “good reviews” again. It was an annoying behaviour.

For a professional company this place is a joke... I've never seen a Mcdonald anywhere in the world as bad as this!. Foods cold, bread was dry and stale. Smells abit like vinegar. Some staff are OK one of the women, her RBF is scary! Smile a little it's not that bad! The funny issue I keep seeing staff are fast to lock up and close the drive thru but in the morning it's still closed at 05:20am! If you open at 5am open! So unprofessional!. Update, two months later I've returned with no better news. This has got to be the biggest joke of an operation I have ever seen. I sat waiting to order for 5 minutes (not exaggerating) when the woman finally notice I was there she welcomed me by saying "Yes, what do you want" I was gobsmacked and just left. I returned after 12 hours, pulled up to lane 2 as lane one was full and it's out of order( it kept shoutting the store is closed and a sign saying out of order) now where O WHERE do you go so I drove forward to the 1st window to make my order and guess what! She actually sent me back around she said she was " TO busy, just drive back around" there was no WAY, I was waiting in the que again! FFS Mcdonalds...

I felt the need to re-do this review because Crayford McDonald's is now beyond bad. There's no way it can be considered fast food for starters. After our last visit there we decided to never use it again as some of the burgers were missing cheese and sauce, this was after a long wait while parked up, which is always the case there. Unfortunately last night we found ourselves in a situation where we had no choice as we'd been driving all day, went to Crayford to get KFC as it was late only to find they've closed down in Crayford. So left with little choice we bit the bullet and gave McDonald's one last chance. We parked up and waited for 35 minutes for our order as was everyone else (the car park was full of McDonald's customers and it was 8pm on a Thursday night) and when they finally brought our food out half of the order was missing so waited another 10 minutes for the rest. When we finally got home the bottom bun was missing from one of the burgers. These really are the absolute pits. I won't ever go here again. Avoid this McDonald's...
