Millers — Restaurant in London

I am honestly shocked and in loss of words at how we have been treated. It was 10:50PM on a Sunday, it was me, my husband and one good friend of mine that wanted to go in and have a drink. We have been refused entrance although it clearly stated that the place was closing at 1 AM. We asked politely why it is closing since the hours are showing otherwise. The security spoke to my husband like he was human trash. He had an eastern european accent and was in his 40s-50s. My husband asked to speak to a manager and he was practically refusing saying “i decided with or without manager who comes in and who stays out”. Eventually he asked for the manager so this guy came out, with long hair and he looked like he was on something - he was even more rude than the security. I am not sure what is going on there or why they are feeling entitled to treat potential customers like human trash, but people like that don’t deserve to work in places where they have interactions with people. A whole night out with friends experience ruined by rude staff starting with the security guy and including the manager that didn’t let us get in on a Sunday when the online opening times were set up till 1am. We came at 11pm without being drunk or anything at all and were rejected to enter the premises as they said they are closed already. The security guy was extremely rude by saying that he is making the rules and he can close whenever he wants even though the schedule is set till 1am. I asked to speak with the manager which was even more rude than the security guy… I don’t know how these people get these positions and I wonder how they get hired in hospitality. Normally have a good experience in this place however went at 11:55 PM and was told the place was closed for no good reason even though it's advertised closing at 1am!! Just come back from an evening at the snooker and wanted a drink before we went back to the hotel! At this point didn't start drinking because the snooker was so busy however the Dorman told us they have closed even though it looked quite busy in the bar! The Dorman gave us no explanation on why they're closed early just told us to "get over it!!"
