My brother had come back from America so we went out for a meal with my entire family everything was fine until a additional side for my Mother (who is a vegetarian) was touching meat from another meal while they were carrying it over, we ask them to take it back explaining that she get ill from meat or that contaminated by it. They took it back and I went to refill mine and my brother drink and I overheard the guy who took it back saying "can't I just give them the same one back" to the manager so I waited for him to head back to are table and said "Is that a different one or the same one we sent back" and he proceeded to get rude and aggressive and I told him to "go someone more sensible like your manager" a couple of minutes had past so I decided to find the manager myself and complain about the service I found him having a chat with the manager. I walked up to them and said "I heard your employee little comments on the food we sent back is that really how you teach them to treat customers." he proceeded to get in my face and we had an argument with the manager in-between us for a little while with most of the serving and cooking staff and people in line staring at us until the manager told him to be quite and sent him to the staffroom she then apologized for him and showed proof that it was a different one that they sent back. Read moreI ordered a delivery to my home address and it was not delivered yet marked as delivered. I was standing outside waiting ! I called Crayford Nando’s where this delivery was supposed to be from. I was told by Nicole who answered the phone that a refund would be processed with no apologies and in so much hurry to get off the phone. I repeatedly asked about what happened with the order and if she could find out so that this does not happen again. I was ready to reorder provided I knew that this wouldn’t happen again. The lady Nicole was rude and unprofessional ; and just kept saying I will process the refund and perhaps you put the wrong address. At no point was there any apology nor did she even bother to figure out where the order was. It was just an automated response from a person saying the same thing as if she obviously told multiple customers the same thing all day long. No empathy and unbothered. Just terrible ! After I have shared she did check and she said you have to wait 10 min. I said ok and I have asked her where I should wait. After 10 I did ask again for my order she did check again and then she said another 10 min. I said ok is fine I won't die. At the end it took 35 min and I haven't received the order and when I have asked at the till about my order, one Asian guy and I believe one of the managers or owner he said tou have to wait more 10 min. I did share my story and said is been 35 min since I wait and I think is not fair for us as a delivery driver to wait so much and the customer as well. He said he doesn't care. I was shocked.
