Visited this Nando’s restaurant this afternoon for some lunch we arrived with three adults and three children we asked for a table of five with two highchairs we were shown to our table after about 15 minutes and then we were waiting for the highchairs we were waiting for approximately 10 minutes and the highchairs had not arrived however during the period the two youngest children which aged two and three were running around, hence the need for the high chairs.
The store manager Juraj approaches our table and asked the children to stop running. I don’t believe this request was unreasonable however it was the attitude and the way he said it which we found most upsetting my husband was most annoyed so we left the store.
However I still wanted to order food from Nando’s I placed an order over the phone at approximately 14:38 hours and waited in the car, we went into the store at 15:08 hours the food was still not ready so we asked the advisor for a cup to get some water while at the water dispenser.
One of the children took some fizzy drinks again Juraj approached us and asked me to pay for the drink before giving me the food I had PAID for, again I don’t think this request was unreasonable however, the way he approached the situation was very unwelcoming and rude.
We certianlnly don’t have any issue paying for the drink however i find this manager very rude and lacks basic customer service.
For such a big chain like Nando’s I’m disappointed you have someone like him working there.

Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no chicken available, severely limiting my meal options. I had to settle for a burger and some liver, and observed with dismay how carelessly the chef handled the liver, with seemingly no regard for cleanliness or presentation. The end result was a dish that looked like pureed dog food, far from the standard I had come to expect from Nando's.
To make matters more complicated, when I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, I was met with rudeness from one of the employees. Despite my polite inquiry about her name, Mr. Alpha refused to reveal his colleague's name, which made me feel disrespected and unappreciated as a customer.
Although I can understand occasional lapses in service quality during busy periods, the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff on a relatively quiet day is inexcusable. As a loyal customer, I question the standards of customer service upheld by Nando's and whether my care is truly valued.

Read moreNew Review based on recent visit 17/06/2022 Nandos has become a joke, I assume they have changed managers at that branch recently, i went with my wife for a meal, we always go here at least twice a month, I asked for a table with the bench as I am a big guy and place large orders so I require extra space, we were told that it's only for 4 people, I told them that's what they always say and later they give the table to other people who come in 2s, this has already happened 3 times at this branch so it's either that I'm not the right colour or they favour some over others, either way I have had enough, we walked out that day and they weren't really bothered! they are willing to lose buissness over silly rules, there was also no one waiting so it wasn't busy.
after my shopping at tesco i took a look inside and noticed the table was given to another couple, just like a said it would be.
