Ocean Fish Bar London — Restaurant in London

Firstly, the food is good HOWEVER when me and my sister walked in the lady asked us what we wanted and we said 4wings and chips then SHE JUST rolled her eyes so AGGRESIVELY for no reason and we were so confused. This has not been the first time. She then proceeded to huff and puff while making our order, she has the worst attitude EVER and makes us not want to ever go there again! After she was done with our order she then asked my sister is she just wanted salt or vinegar and my sister said salt and she said that’s all. Didn’t even ask for sauce she then wrapped it, and I was confused so when it was my turn I said salt and burger sauce aswell and I asked my sister if she wanted some and she said yes and the lady BEGAN TO SHOUT? “I ASKED YOU IF THAT WAS IT AND YOU SAID YES” but knowing she didn’t ask for and sauce which is very disrespectful of her and bad customer service. This has been the absolute worst experience. I hope she will not be serving us next time! If you are reading this learn some manners and treat your customers better if you want them to carry on coming to your shop! I went here to get small chips atleast at 3:27. It was a women serving me and she was SO RUDE! I asked for small chips and she just cut her eyes at me and sighed. I asked for burger sauce and salt and vinegar then she AGGRESSIVELY rolled her eyes again. When i asked if she put burger sauce she angryly said yes I did. When I went to pay my card doesnt work when I tap it so I asked to insert and she was like and I quote' just tap it gosh'. And I did it didn't work so I inserted. I asked for a bag and she sighed and rolled her eyes AGAIN and put it in a bag. She then said and I quote ' take your card and leave have a nice day'. My search is over! I’ve been looking for a good fish n chip shop in London for so many years. I popped in here this evening for a small portion of chips and had the fish bites. It’s hard to find a chippy where the fish is fresh and the chips aren’t frozen. Just like when I was a kid. My chippy tea was wonderful and the perfect portion size for me and the cheapest bag of chips i’ve found too. Thank you so much! I will be back for more fish bites and chips.
