Should not be allowed to be in business!! The staff are liars, the delivery time is 2.5 hours and the foods inedible!!!! I would give no stars if it was an option.
I ordered online on at 7.30 pm. We called at 8.30 pm to find out where the order was. Could not get through, phone was cut off numerous times. When I did get through I was told it's out for delivery. Called at 9.00 pm, asked to hold the line then hung up on twice, eventually got through to be told that the guy got it wrong and wasnt out for delivery but was now. Also that the driver had a car crash so everything delayed, which turned out to be a lie and is also a common excuse used looking at other reviews online. Called again at 9.20 pm after numerous attempts, finally got through and said that if they could not guarantee my order within the next 10 mins I would like to cancel and get a full refund. A full refund was agreed. My husband went out to the local Dominos and came back with hot, tasty pizza which we enjoyed. There was a knock at the door at 9.55 pm, you guessed it, it was our Papa John's order. My husband explained to the driver that we had cancelled it and been promised a full refund. He apologised and said that the branch had been done over by immigration and they had no staff, also that the new manager was useless. He thought this was very unprofessional. The delivery driver insisted he took the food, which he said no thank you to. He was pushy and thrust the food towards my husband, to avoid a scene my husband took the food but said he would be returning it to the branch the following day. We had a look at the food, it was stone cold and totally inedible. I called numerous times over the next 3 weeks to get my refund. I was fobbed off by the manager saying he had to email head office as I paid online. This went on, no refund. I told him I would not let it drop and wanted my money back. Eventually I complained through the Papa John's website who were very sorry for the issues and arranged a full refund. My advice, save yourself the hassle and disappointment. Don't order from here, use a different Papa John's or rival...

Ordered a pizza at 10,40 pm on the app, to be told it was delivered at 11.15 even no there was no pizza as I kept checking at my door.
So I called the shop several times in a row to confirm pizza was still on its way,to realise the shop shuts at 11.00 pm.
So as you can imagine I am now thinking my pizza will not arrive tonight as shop is closed and it states on the app that my pizza has been delivered, so I was understanding that mistakes happen and I will sort the refund out the next day.
So I ordered from another food place, my pizza then arrives at 11,51 pm at my door with no excuse why it’s late , but my other food was 5 mins away ,so I politely explained to the driver what had happened and showed him pictures of the app showing it had been delivered at 11.15,he told me he understood where I was coming from and it would not be a problem just speak to the shop tomorrow!
So as Clarified with the drive the night before,I rung the shop the next day to sort out refund ,to be told that because I turned food away it’s now down to me to cover the cost of the food.
The only reason it was turned away was due to your lack of communication with a pay customer.

I ordered my pizza at 10.40 pm the shop closes at 11.00 pm and my pizza turned up at 11.51 pm who thinks your delivering at pizza at that time??? When the app states it was delivered already.
CAN SEE WHY YOU HAVE SUCH A LOW RATING ON TRIPADVISOR WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THE SHOP AGAIN!!

Read moreThe order was never delivered. I rang the store and found that somebody in the shop was picking up the phone and putting me on hold so I decided to drive down to the shop. On the way, somebody picked up and said my order was 2 minutes away without even asking for any details; when I tried to enquire as to why the order was so late, the gentleman hung up the phone. When I got to the shop there were already 3 other people in the store who were also making complaints of a similar nature. When I demanded a refund, the man said he had processed it but refused to provide me with any proof but that the manager would be at the shop in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I queried with him where the manager was and he claimed that he never said the manager was coming, that he finished at 11pm and that it was nothing to do with him. I said to him that I would not be leaving without proof of my refund. He then again said the manager was 10 minutes away but of course he never came. During my time in store, my sister was waiting for the pizza and it did not arrive within the two minutes as promised, the driver also did not return to the store...
