I will give 0 to service because the manager is very rude and he has condescending behaviour. The staff nadira doesn’t understand half of the things and then makes the order not worth eating but the manager instead of managing the team well tries to put down the customer. The manger is outrageous and I have felt like he’s racist.
When we went back to the branch to resolve the issue, the manager was extremely rude. Instead of listening to the concern, he tore the pizza apart in front of us, saying, “Where’s the extra sauce? No one else has complained today — maybe something’s wrong with your taste buds.”
I found this behaviour completely unacceptable and disrespectful. We are regular customers at this branch and have never caused any issues. In fact, we had ordered a pizza just two days earlier and did not complain, so our concern this time was genuine.
I also wish to mention that there have been repeated issues with an employee named Nadia/Nadira — whenever she takes our order, it often arrives burnt or missing toppings. However, the main issue this time was the manager’s rude and unprofessional behaviour and the manager’s conduct and tone.
Who tears a pizza apart in front of a customer? The taste is what matters — and if a customer says the pizza tastes off or is too tangy, it should be handled respectfully and professionally. Whether the store sells one pizza or a thousand, a customer’s feedback deserves respect. If there’s a policy, you follow it — but you don’t demean or insult the customer.

But today we went there and I never feel like this in my life. We ordered the 15” pizza. We were waiting for pizza and when it was ready I took pizza and we were preparing to eat and at that moment the lady staff said this store is only for take away. I told her that we came here so many time and eat here as well so she said to me that ok you can eat here but if there is any mess you have to clean it. We were agreed with her. But before today we ate so many times there. After that we took some extra mayonnaise with 2£ payment. And at the end when we asked some tissue she said we are not allowing anyone to eat here though we allow you and now you are asking for tissues! I can not give you. I said that we need some more if you can. So she gave me two tissue and said don’t come again for more tissues. This is not the first time I visited any food store nobody tell me anytime that they can not give more tissues. One more man was came from your staff and asked what happened we told him and he tell the girl that you should give them. And after that they started arguing with each other. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service I received from your East Ham branch on [insert date here], following an order placed via the Uber Eats app.
After placing my order, I waited for over an hour and forty-five minutes with no delivery. Concerned, I called the shop directly, only to be informed that I had canceled the order — something I did not do. Strangely, I then received a notification while still on the phone that the order had been canceled.
What followed was completely unacceptable. The staff member abruptly said, “It’s canceled, bye,” and hung up. When I attempted to call back, my calls were ignored. I tried again using a house phone, and when I asked why I had been hung up on, the person on the line laughed and hung up again. I called one final time and questioned why customers are treated in this way, only to be told that the store was “very busy,” with no apology or acknowledgment of the poor handling of the situation.
This is, without question, the worst customer service experience I have encountered. The rudeness, laughter, and dismissive attitude displayed by your staff were not only unprofessional, but downright disrespectful. I will not be purchasing from Pizza GoGo again, and I intend to inform others of this experience.
