Pizza Hotland & Grill — Restaurant in London

So have been using these guys for years, and the food is good and tasty .... However the issue I have always found is they are tight... For many years they acted like they were cash only ,.however being a delivery service clearly they take card.... Then yesterday they forgot part of the order which I only discovered when I got home , rang them up and asked for them to deliver .... Over an hour later and another call later it eventually came.... I said to them I would like extra chicken due to the inconvenience.... And what I got was a portion of chips.... Very very poor and they have lost my custom, never again .... The meanness has resulted in the loss of a customer.... The follow up comment saying CCTV and false accusations is a lie.... And you have a week to take id down.... Be clear I received the missing chicken from the original order 1 hour and 15 minutes later after two phone calls, on the phone I said I would like additional chicken and what I got was chips which is...

My elderly grandmother placed an order with them through deliveroo, they never delivered it and then continued to shout at us in the shop when we went to try and collect our food calling us liars!!

Initially they said the delivery driver never brought back the food to the shop, and then the delivery driver came into the shop for another delivery and said otherwise, proving the manager to be a liar

Quite frankly, they robbed an old age pensioner and then they rudely shouted at us accusing us of lying despite us proving with call logs and the deliveroo app otherwise, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

I have even attached a photo below proving us to have been on the phone to the delivery driver, which the manager called us a liar for, claiming we never...

!!!!! Very rude / Condescending/ Disrespectful avoid !avoid !Poor customer service and based on previous reviews here looks like there’s some kind of profilings going on based on who you are. I walked in to politely made an ordered, the guy short and dark hair didn’t reply or even say a word. I waited for 10min until another customer walked in and was served before me that’s when I realised Ive been ignored. Upon asking he actually asked me how long I’ve been in Britain I was shocked what has that got to do with chicken. I decide to walk out and go to kfc across the road and he said he doesn’t care if I don’t buy from them.Infact he said never come back !!!!! Very rude / Condescending/...
