Pizza Hut Harrow Weald — Restaurant in London

Ordered the Pizza at 7:45pm, 1 hour 20 minutes later no delivery. I tried to call this branch for 20 minutes and it was engaged every time.

In the end I decided to call the head off (very hard to find the number) and they tried to call the branch, guess what engaged. Guy on the phone was just as bad as this branch.

If you want a refund you have to wait 6 days for it to be reviewed and investigated. Another 10 days before it is paid out to your bank if approved. He repeated this message 4 times to try and get me to change my mind.

He said I could wait longer for the Pizza and could not tell me how long so I would have to reject the delivery if I wanted a refund.

Pizza driver finally came with a an excuse that they only have two drivers. Not my problem I said, "is the Pizza cold" - "yes" he says, "do you want me to take it back". "Take it back please refund" - "ok I will tell the manager".

Ordered from Dominos in Stanmore, it arrived piping hot in 24 minutes.

The area manager from Pizza Hut could be on a backhander to allow this lot to continue with poor service, bad Pizzas and lack of communication - I will never buy a Pizza Hut Pizza again - Refund please ASAP.

Ordered via delivery, the app was telling me that the pizzas were delivered but they were not. Called the branch and they advised that drivers were clicking delivered on their delivery portals to keep in line with delivery times and that we should wait a little bit longer. No apology. Pizzas arrived, ordered a veggie supreme and deep pan margarita, we were delivered a meat feast and New Yorker which was burnt. Called the branch and they said that veggie pizzas are meant to look meaty. Tried to ask them to explain why a veggie supreme would have meat on it and there was silence. Was advised that they can't deliver our actual order as they had no delivery drivers and we had to go collect. Went into the branch to collect our correct order and there were 4 delivery drivers waiting outside. In the branch we were offered no apology but advised to wait for our pizza. While waiting we witnessed an employee creating pizzas with no gloves on and moving from handling veg to meat items.
