0.We would like to order salad but they said there isn't any salad because the delivery didn't come but they have other plates coming with fresh vegetables and mix grill vegetables. (Strange) 1.The pork joint on the beans was old .(Like rubber) We ordered still water but they give us sparkling water , we ask another waiter about it but she doesn't speak even 1 word English and instead smiled and sent someone else, she started to talk very loud on her language why we don't understand her ( We changed it and we got a new one after 10 mins). They brought us the bread and they forgot the butter which we asked for.(they brought it late and was very hard) 4.We asked 2 people for chilli sauce or chilli flakes , the waiter never brought it and the second person said they have it and they will bring it (but never arrived) when we finished eating our food they brought us some tabasco sauce which we used 2 drops of it, because we finished our dinner and they charged us £2 for the drops from the bottle which we wasn't allowed to keep(Normaly it's free, 30p or 50p ) They charged us for a box to take our food away which we didn't order ,it was £2 and they didn't tell us.(When we asked what it was on the receipt "extra" they tell us) 6.The take away was the food which we didn't eat and they forgot to put half of our food in there. 7.We moved to another table because they put us too close to other people. We ordered dessert from the beginning but after we finished our food we waited a long time for it. We tried to call someone many times,two people answered our call and gave us free cakes for the bad service. At the end we got charged for them. They printed 3 different receipts because of the mistakes on them. We couldn't understand what was written on it because it wasn't printed in english, like the drinks menu. It was very expensive for the quality and the amount of food we was given. The plates where big ,but the food on it was small. The orange sauce was old. There were four different people which "tried to help us" and one more was ignoring us. The waiter said the reason why he forgot to put half of our food in a takeaway box is because he put it on the side and someone from the kitchen threw it away. We don't recommend it and we are not...

Went today and before checked online the opening hours which says 12pm and about this time this gentleman comes out and open the main gate and passed some parcel to somebody. Saw the gate open and knowing that is the opening time entered and had a sit on the terrace waiting. The same gentleman is approaching me and my guest and says that we are entering behind his back, that we do not see the gate is closed… Surprised by his approach tried to explain that the gate was opened, we didn’t touch it and assumed that the restaurant is opened as the time was right but if otherwise we can leave without any problem. The gentleman continues to challenge us that the gate was close, not even at least try to explain that the restaurant is not ready to open and to come back later. he makes us feel like we entered there to steal something. Anyway after explaining once again the misunderstanding he asks like nothing happened if we want to see the menu…. Of course we moved on. Was going there from time to time for the nice food but because people make the place, never again...
