Me and my partner and his two vulnerable parents ordered two large pizzas two sides and got food poisoning and all was vomiting for over 2 hours. when called to make a complain and ask for a refund they offered a £10 voucher I declined to the £10 voucher with the reasoning of why would I want to reorder pizza from somewhere I've got food poisoning and they couldn't understand that outcome of why we got food poisoning, the food was meant to take 35 minutes for delivery but arrived in 10-minutes as if the food was already cooked in waiting. This is extremely unacceptable and dangerous and I can't believe means my family have been treat in such away seeming the current COVID19 circumstances I'll be writing to the shopper

Read moreThe staff need to learn how order happens. We ordered mexican Fajita via app. The printout at their end said MF and they made meat feast. When I complained they tried to explain to me that my order was wrong. Also the guy who delivered tried to tell me that they were delivering the Mexican Fajita as a ‘courtesy’ . When I tried to explain that its not my job to understand how they get the order , I was told that I should be calling Customer care to fix that.
