Good Points: Pizza was warm...
Bad Points: -The delivery driver was really impatient. I live in a flat and the driver buzzed twice, the first buzz was a quick short buzz but then immediately after he buzzed again but this time he buzzed for about 3 seconds (which is a really long time to buzz), it really annoyed me because he didn't give me adequate time to stop what I was doing and answer the door.
-When I received the order, one of the pizzas was fine but the other one had some slices that was torn apart and separated. It looked worse than some of the local start up pizza shops.
-I had also ordered a side salad but I didn't receive it the first time, I had to call the store to remind them that I had ordered a side salad. It would have been nice for someone to call and apologise for the mistake, if they had done that I would have been pretty impressed with the company's integrity.
-When I called to complain about the folded and separated pizza it was difficult to understand the person at the other end, (I didn't ask for the persons name, I forgot to). He also said that it was impossible for the pizza to be folded and separated because the cheesy bites pizza can't get folded or separated. I honestly felt like banging my head against the wall. Eventually the pizza hut staff member offered to get me another fresh pizza made and delivered with the side salad. It would have been nice to have got offered a complementary item or a small refund, but then again its pizza hut, they don't care about their costumers.
-About 20 minutes after I called up pizza hut the delivery driver arrived (it was a different driver this time). When I showed the driver the mangled pizza he was quite surprised and slightly shocked to the presentation of the pizza.
-The taste of the pizza, BBQ wings and side salad wasn't up to my standard. The flavour was equivalent to that of a small local takeaway shop.
To be brutality honest the last time I had a pizza hut pizza was about 3 years ago and the experience I had was out off this world. Because of my recent experience I am certain I will never consume a pizza hut product ever again. The ordeal has left me angry, irritated...

I placed the order at 9.27pm which I received a confirmation email as well. The order should of been delivered to the address by 10.05pm however I called to just enquire how long it will take as it was getting quiet close to the time.
I called once and someone answered the phone and hung up. The second time I called I spoke to a male who passed the phone to another colleague (Harini)
I said to her that I placed the order on the website however I’m just asking how long it was taking. She explained that her screen/portal is not working so they aren’t able to fulfil any orders.
I told her that if you aren’t able to fulfil the orders then you should be able view the orders from another back up system and if not be able to fulfil then you should be able to call customers and apologise to customers. However from the impression of the staff they are waiting for customers to call and explain what happened. This is unacceptable! If it was the case that it cannot be fulfilled then you should be calling us straight away so if needed we can make other arrangements. I require my full refund of...

I rarely give companies low ratings, but this was the worst pizza delivery experience I've ever experienced as we waited hours for nothing to ever arrive, and days later are still trying to get a refund for the food we never received.
At 6 pm on a Wednesday night we ordered 3 medium pizzas through the Pizza Hut website, and received email confirmation it should be delivered within 30-40 minutes (1.5 miles away).
At 7 pm we tried calling to ask about the status as it was 20 minutes late, and after being on hold for 15 minutes, gave up. We tried emailing at 7:15pm and calling 2 or 3 more times over the next 20 minutes and no one ever picked up.
At 7:45 pm we got an email saying the pizza was delivered, except it wasn't. We checked our ring doorbell and no one even approached our walkway within an hour of this time, so we emailed again.
At 8:15 pm we counted it officially as hopeless and got other food.
As of a few days later still hadn’t heard back even after additional messages, nor have we received a refund for the pizza that wasn’t received.
