Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

The service here is shocking it's so bad I cant even order from here again everytime I place an order either by phone or in the shop there is bad attitude I ordered 5 pizzas for my son's birthday party and said no pork and they gave me ham on 3 pizzas and argued with me saying I should have been more specific just tried to order again but still get the same outcome it's like he's impatient and I'm bothering him for calling up wanting t buy a pizza I think there is 2 managers the caucasian manager has excellent customer service but the other foreign manager is extremely rude we almost got into a fight the last time I was down there that's how bad he his I'm not even gonna order from there again cause when I call in he knows how via my address and I fear he will try and spit in my food or something can't risk it shame because I love Pizza Hut been eating from...

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Took them over an hour to even put the pizzas in the oven and that was because I called up and asked where the pizzas were and was told they're just going in now after an hour of waiting. Was then told no delivery driver to deliver the food so waited again. Finally decided to go to the store and there were at least 4 delivery drivers there. Spoke with staff, no apology, refund or discount offered. Then got a call to say the pizza was now at home. Got home, pizza was stone cold and inedible. Tried to call and complain but kept getting out on hold. Ordered from DOMINO'S PIZZA instead. Pizza arrived in 25 mins and was piping hot. we always order from this place in Marion Crescent but the last few occasions the pizzas have got slowly worst. Just ordered a meat feast but we think the meat must have gone on holiday. Surely when you bite into a meat feast you should be getting more than the tomato base and the cheese. Phoned to complain, spoke to a very unhelpful lady, going on about it's because we ordered extra cheese. She did offer to do another pizza but after being told we had to take it back so she could check it to see if we was telling the truth, we kind of felt a bit agrieved with the whole progess, we are not normally ones to complain but when you order a meat feast you think you are going to get more than 6 pieces of meat on a pizza.
